Theoretical Chemistry community gathers at the University of Twente

On April 15, 2025, the University of Twente will host the annual meeting of the Computational and Theoretical Chemistry (CTC) division of the Royal Dutch Society of Chemistry (KNCV). We look forward to welcoming around 70 participants from across the Netherlands for an inspiring day filled with invited lectures and scientific contributions from postdoctoral researchers and PhD students.

In addition, we are proud to host an in-person edition of the popular PhD+ event on April 14, the day before the symposium. This event is tailored for PhD students, postdocs, and interested Master’s students, and offers valuable sessions including:

🧪 A “Careers in Science” talk by Dr. Emilia Olsson (ARCNL)
🗣️ A workshop on scientific outreach and communication by Dr. Tatiana Soto-Montero

Thanks to generous support from the NWO Chemistry Table, participation in the PhD+ event is free of charge.

We’re excited for two days full of inspiration, connection, and cutting-edge developments in theoretical chemistry — right here at the University of Twente.
