In collaboration with the Physics of Interfaces and Nanomaterials (PIN) group and researchers from the MESA+ Institute, our group reported a top-down method to fabricate convex cylindrical silicon nanostructures, also referred to as silicon nanocones, that can be highly valuable in many applications, including photovoltaics, nanophotonics, and nanoelectronics. This work is published in Nanoscale Research Letters and is part of the NWO Gravitation program (MCEC).
