Education

The HTI chair has a leading role in the educational programs of Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, and Technical Medicine for the competencies of quality and safety assurance and the acceleration of the implementation of new technology in healthcare, contributing to the awareness of the perspectives of the different stakeholders and relevant regulations and guidelines.

An essential role for this chair is in the guidance of the clinical internships in technical medicine.

The education will have a triple goal:
1. the goal is to educate students to become expert designers of usable and safe medical technology.
2. the goal is to educate professors and engineers who have a design focus in their research. 
3. the goal is to create courses in LLL programs around managing innovation and validation projects.
