The eHealth House is part of the Techmed Simulation Centre of the University of Twente, and provides a simulated living environment (i.e. living lab) where technology can be tested in a realistic but controlled setting. As of such, the eHealth House provides an experimental environment for research, education and developments in health technology.
The eHealth House is embedded in the Personalized eHealth Technology (PeHT) programme of the University of Twente and is particularly focused on innovations in mobile and digital health technology.
