HPLC
The Jasco LC-4000 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is used to accurately analyze absorption spectrums of solutes in liquid. The HPLC is mostly used for analyzing absorption spectrums of toxins from transport studies. In turn these spectrums are used to quantify the amount of toxins present in solutes on both sides of the membrane and to calculate the toxin removal qualities of the membrane.
