3. Photos and Videos
During the event, photos and videos may be taken to document the event. These materials may be published in reports or internal communications related to the event. They are not used for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to appear in images, we recommend sitting in the middle or at the back of the audience.
- If a close-up photo of you is taken, you may ask the photographer on-site to remove it or contact the event organiser afterwards.
