Large projects for Energy and Process Technology are getting a more and more complex character. Therefore the market asks for high qualified designers who have knowledge about different kind of technical and non-technical aspects of contemporary issues. But above all the market asks for employees who know how to work properly in a multidisciplinary design team and dealing with solving complex issues are really needed.

Since 1990 a lot of companies have been using the designer training of Twente University’s Process Technology (TWAIO-track). Because of this track highly qualified process engineers are available for companies. Recent graduated of the EngD programme in Process Technology function very well. The track has been re-launched and is now up to date by adding a focus on Energy Technology.
