Fit50+

The University of Twente attaches great importance to the health of its staff. Considering the increase of the pensionable age it is important that you remain healthy and full of vitality. In order to anticipate this development the UT has, in collaboration with the Sports Centre and Human Resource, created an offer for staff aged 50 and older. Over 100 employees participated in this project. The evaluation shows that the program was perceived as very pleasant and therefore Fit50 + will be continued.

We have tried to fit the interests and preferences of the staff members that participated as much as possible.
In the courses there is also place for other staff members and students, the Fit50+ project has a limited number of participants in each course. Fit50+ participants (employees only) can join this program for free
