The University of Twente attaches great importance to the health of its staff. Considering the increase of the pensionable age it is important that you remain healthy and full of vitality. In order to anticipate this development the UT has, in collaboration with the Sports Centre and Human Resource, created an offer for staff aged 50 and older. 

We have tried to fit the interests and preferences of the staff members that participated as much as possible. 
In the courses there is also place for other staff members and students, the Fit50+ project has a limited number of participants in each course. Fit50+ participants (employees only) can join this program for free

CampusCard employee

If you want to join one of our company sports options, you need a valid CampusCard employee subscription. This subscription need to be renewed every year! A subscription for a new season will be online starting August. 

To renew you subscription, go to dms.utwente.nl and log in with your e-mail and password. After you are logged in, go to 'whats on offer' or 'aanbod'. In this menu you will find a overview of all our subscriptions, add the 'CampusCard employee' subscription for free!

  • Lunch walk

    Tuesday 12.30-13.30hr
    Location: start at Sports Centre

    The lunch break is a perfect opportunity to stretch your legs together with colleagues. Lunch walking is an activity with a low intensity at the Campus of the University.
