During this workshop we will discuss the possibilities of measuring individuals, teams and organizations to influence and improve their performance.

The workshop consists of three parts:

  1. giving examples of team performance monitoring from our research and translated to business, at micro, meso and macro levels.
  2. letting visitors think about innovative and relevant team performance monitoring in their own situation
  3. plenary exchange of conceived possibilities.

Jan-Willem van ‘t Klooster is associate professor and scientific head of the faculty innovation lab ‘BMS-LAB’ at the UT. This lab consists of over 12 experts, 25 lab spaces, a mobile lab, numerous measurement equipment, several large research (software) solutions and thus offers an innovation platform for innovative R&D to education and research at the UT.
