P-NUT General Members Meeting
It is time to review what the P-NUT Board has achieved in the past 12 months and elected a new board for the upcoming year. First, the current board and committees will give a short overview of the key achievements of this board period. We will then vote on important issues such as a statutes update that require the approval of the GMM. Next, the running candidates for the new board will introduce themselves and we will hold the elections. Finally, as always, we invite you for dinner at a restaurant in Enschede (location to be confirmed).
Make sure to save the date in your calendar. It will be possible to join the meeting online. However, voting will only be possible in person. Please also note that only paying P-NUT members have the right to vote.
Voting procedure:
- Only registered & paying P-NUT members have the right to vote.
- Voting is only possible in person.
- If you cannot be present in person, you may delegate your vote to a representative. To do so, please send an email to p-nut@utwente.nl with your representative in cc before Sunday 2 March. In the email, state your name, the name of your representative and that you are officially delegating your vote.
- A person can act as representative for only 1 other person. If they are nominated as representative by multiple people, only the first nomination counts.

Where: Ravelijn VIP Room. Changed to: Horst Tower, T1300. From the main entrance of the Horst complex, there is an elevator the top floor.
