The OPUT (Overlegorgaan Personeel Universiteit Twente) is a composition of union representatives, representing the interests of UT employees. During the Local Consultation, the OPUT meets with the Executive Board to realise agreements from the CAO. These are arrangements such as from the Continuous scheme in case of redundancy to the spending of Employment Conditions Funds (arbeidsvoorwaardengelden).
