Request to the Examination Board SET-ME

This form is intended for requests to the Examination Board SET-ME (EB) by (pre-)master students Mechanical Engineering or Sustainable Energy Technology.

Please note: 

• This form cannot be used to appeal against a decision of the EB. Appeals to decisions of the EB should be submitted to the Board of Appeal for Examinations (CBE) within 6 weeks after the decision.
• This form is only used for requests. To file a complaint —for example objection to an exam grade, late submission of grade, missing exam review— please use the complaint form.
• Requests submitted at least two weeks in advance will be discussed in the following regular EB meeting. The meeting schedule and submission deadlines can be found here.

Required information

Make sure to send all relevant information with your request. The documentation to support your request must at least include your Study Progress Overview. Other documentation might include email correspondence with your study adviser/specialization coordinator/supervisor. Incomplete requests (i.e., with missing information or documentation) will not be processed. Documents sent in different formats than PDF will not be accepted.
