Are you passionate about leadership, innovation, and shaping the next generation of changemakers? The ECIU is looking for 3 motivated teachers/workshop facilitators to join the ECIU Student Leadership Development Programme, hosted by Lodz University of Technology on December 1-5, 2025.
This exciting opportunity brings together Student Ambassadors from across ECIU member universities, and we need your expertise to guide and inspire them. We are specifically seeking staff with expertise in: Design Thinking, Leadership, Intercultural Communication, Pitching/Entrepreneurship.
As a Teamcher, you’ll be expected to:
- Deliver a dynamic 2–3 hour workshop in your area of expertise
- Engage students through interactive, participatory methods
- Offer mentorship and support throughout the 5-day programme
