The IWOTA 2025 will be held from 14 - 18 July 2025 at the University of Twente.

- Early-Bird registration ends on May 23!
The early-bird-conference fee is 195 Euros (regular), including lunches (excluding the conference dinner, 65 Euros).
Reduced fees for PhD students (95 Euros) will be available (limited numbers may apply) as well as a reduced fee for participants from low GNI countries (60 Euros). The fees after May 23 will be (280, 180 and 60 Euros respectively).
Please also note that the reduced rates in the Intercity Hotel and Fletcher's are only available until May 19 (please find the booking codes in the registration confirmation email). - Abstract submission for special sessions are handled via the session organizers; if you have been accepted for a talk in a session, please provide the session organizers with the abstract using the iwota template.

The University of Twente, is located in the city of Enschede in the Netherlands. The conference will be hosted on campus, which is located between the cities of Enschede and Hengelo.
The main organizers are Felix Schwenninger, Hans Zwart (Twente) and Emiel Lorist (Delft).
The organizing team is strongly supported by Alexander Wierzba (Twente) and Linda Wychgel-van Dalm (Twente).
