- May 29: Financial Support (Pending final approval) available for ***Junior mathematicians*** based in the U.S.:
Applications for such NSF travel grants to attend IWOTA 2025 can now be submitted using the Application-Form. The deadline for applications is June 10, 2025. - May 29: Talk registration closed for special sessions: It is no longer possible to register for talks for special sessions (excluding the open session) unless you have had previous contact with the session organizers. Talks in the open session can still be registered provided that you have requested an invitation letter by email before (and e.g. await visa application procedures).
Please contact us by email in case of requests for an exception (e.g. for those applying for NSF support, as mentioned in the above bullet point above) - May 26: 330+ participants are already registered for IWOTA 2025!
- Abstract submission for special sessions are handled via the session organizers; if you have been accepted for a talk in a session, please provide the session organizers with the abstract using the iwota template.
- Please consult this webpage for practical information regarding travelling. Also be aware of fake emails circulating regarding IWOTA2025, asking for your travel details or hotel reservations.
The University of Twente, is located in the city of Enschede in the Netherlands. The conference will be hosted on campus, which is located between the cities of Enschede and Hengelo.
The main organizers are Felix Schwenninger, Hans Zwart (Twente) and Emiel Lorist (Delft).
