Conference fee
(1) A "Young Researcher" is defined as a postdoctoral researcher who completed their PhD no more than three years prior to the conference.
The registration fee includes participation in the conference dinner on 14 April. Participants who indicate at the time of registration that they will not attend the dinner will receive a €50 discount.
Accompanying persons are welcome to the side-activities of the MARID Conference! Register using the same link and choose the applicable settings. A ticket for the conference dinner for accompanying persons costs €75.

Registration fee waiver policy
We warmly welcome participants from all regions working on different aspects related to bedform dynamics to attend the MARID conference. To support this, we are offering a limited number of registration fee waivers to early career scientists who have limited financial resources. Eligible applicants include MSc students, PhD candidates, and young researchers.
To apply for a waiver, applicants should submit a valid abstract along with a motivation letter. The motivation letter should be signed by your supervisor and submitted via mail to marid26@utwente.nl.
The deadline for the waiver application is set to 30 September 2025. Notification regarding the outcome will be sent in November.
