The EEMCS faculty board, together with Stephan van Gils and Marc Uetz, has mutually agreed that the discipline chairmanship Mathematics of Stephan van Gils is prolonged until 1 September 2022, from which day on Marc Uetz will take over.
During the coming months, we will also continue to draw from Stephan’s expertise for the visitation Mathematics and the Sector plans Research.
The Board greatly appreciates his staying on for a few more months and is confident that he leads Mathematics smoothly through the coming period.
