EEMCS is looking for a new Student Assessor

Want to make a real impact in your faculty and for your programme? Interested in how decisions are made behind the scenes at EEMCS? This is your chance! Starting 1 September 2025, the faculty board is looking for a new student assessor. And it could be you!

As a student assessor, you will represent all EEMCS students in the Faculty Board, working alongside the dean and other board members. You will bring the student voice into conversations about education, student well-being, internationalisation, and more. You will also help bridge the gap between the board and the student community.

Who are we looking for?

  • A bachelor’s or master’s student at EEMCS
  • Motivated to speak up for student interests
  • Communicative and proactive
  • Comfortable working with confidential info
  • Not part of the faculty council or a programme committee in the upcoming academic year
  • Experience in the faculty council, university council, or a programme committee is an asset (not necessary, but very helpful)

The benefits

  • Being a part of decision-making at the faculty board level in the faculty
  • Working with staff, study associations, and other student reps
  • Growing your network (locally and nationally)
  • Learning a lot about policy, education, and the UT organisation
  • Earning €471/month for ~8 flexible hours a week
  • Possibility of extension for a second term, in consultation with the faculty board
