A hammock that gently sways as you move your mouth, a talking computer that finds the perfect wine for you, and a dishwasher that rewards you when you use it correctly. These are just a few examples of the demonstration models presented by first-year Creative Technology students at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam during the demo market.
For the past six months, the Creative Technology programme has been available not only at the University of Twente but also at the VU in Amsterdam. On Thursday 18 April, this was celebrated with a festive gathering attended by students, their families and friends, and representatives from both universities.
The celebration coincided with a general visit by VU to UT, where various meetings focused on an even closer collaboration between the two universities. Additionally, a video was presented in which two first-year students from VU explained why they chose this course of study and Amsterdam.
