No show policy
A paper that does not have an author registration or for which the presentation is not held will not be included in the published proceedings.

PhD students can register as full-time student.
Every accepted paper needs at least one full registration. One registration can cover only one paper.
All fees include online access to the proceedings, all lunch and coffee breaks, and the workshop banquet dinner.
Accommodation/hotel room is not included.
Rooms can be reserved at the Broeierd Hotel using reservation number 105-GFC3446, or you can make a reservation by phone and mention you plan to visit the IWBF workshop. An alternative hotel is the U-parkhotel. If both hotels are full, you may try "Het wapen van Hengelo" or "Hotel 't Lansink" both in Hengelo and there is a good bus connection with the campus of the University which is close to the Broeierd Hotel.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
