Important
- There is a limited number of available registrations
- Registrations will be closed by 02 July
- Complementary water bottles will be given to the first 120 registrations
- Upon registration, participants will receive discount codes for selected hotels (subject to hotel room availability)

Author Information
- Every accepted paper must have a registered author with a full registration
- One full registration can only cover a single main track* paper
- For satellite events/track** only, one full registration may cover multiple papers (if the same person presents them)
- Students authoring papers only on the Early Career Symposium may register with a student registration
- Students authoring papers on the Early Career Symposium and some other tracks do not need additional registrations for their ECS papers as their full registrations will be counted as sufficient
- Only for authors of papers accepted for the online track of FOIS (08-09 July), the online presenter fee replace the full registration fee

Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made by 14 June 2024 will receive a full refund minus a EUR 50,00 administrative fee
- No refunds will be granted after 14 June 2024
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
Volunteers
We invite interested attendees to join us in the local organization during the days of the conference. Volunteers will be selected from a pool of interested candidates by 18 May, and they are expected to support the local organization during a determined number of in-person sessions to be defined. Selected volunteers will be granted a discount on their registrations of EUR 330,00.
