The University of Twente has now made multi-factor authentication (MFA) recovery significantly easier. With help of a new LISA website you can now easily resolve issues fast and efficiently yourself at selfservice.utwente.nl.
An e-mail with instructions will then be send to the registered private e-mail address in Studielink. The MFA reset tool gives a solution for the most common MFA problem scenarios including lost device access, phone switching, and general authentication difficulties.
