The well-being weeks are back! Starting from the 1st of June until the 30th of June, UT is once again dedicated to your well-being and that of those around you. The theme of this edition is: Together we care. Check and sign up!

After the past edition with the theme ‘Take the Lead’, the focus has shifted from a more individualistic view to a more collective one. The lifestyle checks and our well-being research emphasise the importance of taking good care of ourselves and certainly of others. This edition of the well-being weeks offers tools to enter into a dialogue when you see someone struggling, and creates awareness around the topic of informal care.

And of course, you can once again participate (together) in fun activities such as an outdoor yoga event or the well-known lunch walks. Together, let's inspire many colleagues and students to discuss and improve our well-being during this period, but also afterwards.
