Well-being Weeks – In Balance Together
From June 2 to 20, the University of Twente is all about well-being. During these Well-being Weeks, we explore how small habits, supportive environments, and mindful choices can help us create a healthier, more balanced life.
Together, we’ll focus on building positive relationships, fostering a safe workspace, taking care of ourselves and each other – and finding balance, especially in challenging times.
Discover practical ways to stay energised, focused, and connected. Because when we find balance together, we thrive together!
