If certain scholarship criteria cannot be met before the application deadline, please indicate in the application form why this is not possible. All criteria must be met no later than two weeks before the start date. This is to ensure that payment is made before the start date.
There is a limited number of NL Scholarships available. A draw will be carried among the eligible candidates. You can be nominated by your faculty to increase your chances to receive a scholarship. Results will be announced within two weeks after the application deadline.
Your mobility must be registered in Mobility Online. Registration forms can be found via this link (see quicklinks at the bottom of the page). After you have registered the mobility (once), you can login to your Mobility Online environment. Once your mobility has been approved by your faculty contact person, you are also required to answer the scholarship questions. Once your scholarship questions have been approved, you are required to complete the 'before the mobility' section of scholarship process in Mobility-Online. This should be finalized two weeks before the start date of your mobility.
