Pre-DPIA (data protection impact assessment) available

The AVG requires you to perform a DPIA (data protection impact assessment) to determine the risks of a systems whish processes personal data.
Based on the results from the DPIA, you take measures to limit the risks.

We have many systemsn processing data, often in the research sphere, where the risks are low.
Performing a DPIA to demonstrate this is then complex and relatively much work.
That is why we have designed a 'pre-DPIA' form.
Here we are asked about 9 different 'high-risk' factors.
If you have answered yes to more than 2 questions, you must perform a DPIA.
The person filling in the form can email and document the answers to himself in the relevant processing.
