During our workshop, we explore the power of LinkedIn as a tool to maintain and expand both your social and professional networks. We provide insight into the LinkedIn algorithm, enabling you to achieve greater reach and impact. Discover essential tips and techniques for crafting engaging posts that capture attention and foster engagement.
Additionally, we share valuable insights on the do's and don'ts of LinkedIn, demonstrating how you can effectively utilise this platform to communicate your research or expertise to a wider audience. Additionally, we will introduce the new ambassador tool, UT Share, designed to simplify sharing UT content on social media. By using this tool, you can contribute to enhancing UT's reputation and awareness. With this, we hope to retain the influx of prospective students.
The duration of the workshop is an hour, and we kindly request you to prepare the following in advance.
Preparation:
- Download the UT Share app in advance and register via utwente.nl/utshare.
- Install social media apps on your phone (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Bring along your account details (username and password) so you can easily add your social media accounts to the UT Share app during the workshop.
