Questionnaire

This questionnaire leads you to the application form that is applicable to you

Recognized personal circumstances include:

  • Illness
  • Psychological problems
  • Special family circumstances
  • Functional impairment (for example ADHD, autism, dyslexie, physical disability)
  • Pregnancy or childbirth
  • Student activism (FOBOS cat 3)* 
  • Recognized Top-level athlete/Top-level performer*
  • Infeasible study programme
  • Causes other than the aforementioned which, if a request for support on the part of the institution's administration was not honored, would lead to an unfairness of predominant nature
    * Only applicable to BSA and MoMi

Inform your study advisor as soon as possible about your personal circumstances. This is required for recognition of circumstances and for an adapted study plan.
