SUTQ exchange with TU Delft Sharing insights and experiences

On February 26 and February 27, the Senior University Teaching Qualification (SUTQ) participants from the TU Delft paid a visit to the UT. This visit marked an exciting opportunity for both institutions to share insights and experiences. While Delft recently embarked on this journey, the UT has been running its program since 2016.

The visit provided a platform for fruitful discussions and the exchange of ideas at an organizational level. For the Delft participants, the focus was on gaining insights into different approaches to curriculum design at UT. They engaged in talks covering various topics such as the Twente Education Model (TEM), Challenge Based Learning (CBL) in the MSc Robotics, the competency-based model of curriculum design, and the innovative educational philosophy of ATLAS. These sessions proved to be incredibly inspiring for the SUTQ participants from Delft, who are currently midway through their SUTQ trajectory.

A highlight of the visit was the informal networking session, where participants had the chance to interact with SUTQ alumni from UT, fostering valuable exchanges of experiences and insights.

Sharing SUTQ Achievements

At UT, there are currently two cohorts of teachers diligently working on their SUTQ. One group has recently begun their journey, while the other is in the final stages. We are excited to announce that the participants from the latter group are on track to present their results during the Week of Education in June. Stay tuned for further updates and announcements regarding this exciting milestone!
