This form is intended for requests to the Examination Board ME-SET by bachelor students Mechanical Engineering from the UT or VU program.

Please note:

This form cannot be used to appeal against a decision of the Examination Board. Appeals to decisions of the board should be submitted to the Board of Appeal for Examinations (CBE) within 6 weeks after the decision.
This form is only used for request, to file a complaint (objection exam grade, late submission of grade, missing exam review etc) please use the following form.
Requests to the examination board should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the examination boards' meeting. In the schedule below you'll find an overview of the meeting dates:

Make sure to send all relevant information with your request. The documentation to support your request must at least include your Study Progress Overview. Other documentation might include email correspondence with your study-advisor/supervisor/bachelor coordinator etc. Incomplete request (missing documentations) will not be taken into account. Documents sent in different formats than PDF will not be taken into consideration.
