The Dutch National Report of the 2021 Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students’ Survey is out! And is available for download.
With the help of the Dutch academic entrepreneurship community, we collected data that – response rates acknowledged – sheds some light on the status of Dutch student entrepreneurship. Compared to the international data, the Dutch respondents of the 2021 Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students’ Survey show an above-average share in respondents who intend to become entrepreneurs. The Dutch respondents also highlight an above-average university entrepreneurial climate. Yet, also the gender gap (share of male entrepreneurial respondents to female entrepreneurial respondents) is also higher than the world average. Thus, to use untapped entrepreneurial potential much remains to be done. We are looking forward to future exciting research!
