Heading into summer together!

As we look back on this academic year, we want to express our appreciation for your dedication, resilience, and motivation. Once again, it was a year that asked a lot of all of us — adaptability, flexibility, and patience. And we truly value that.

As the HR team, we are always looking for ways to improve the support we offer. That’s why we’ve decided to rotate roles within our team of HR advisors. This way, we bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the teams we support. The HR assistants will remain in their trusted roles. We’re looking forward to this “new” collaboration and are excited about the coming academic year.
But first: summer! Whether you're planning a trip, tackling some long-postponed home projects, or hoping to sneak in a few uninterrupted hours with a good book (possibly interrupted by enthusiastic kids 😉) — we hope you take the time to really recharge.

A small reminder before you go:
Please make sure to register your vacation days in the system before you leave. That way, you won’t need to think about it during your holiday — and after a truly relaxing break, we hope you won’t remember it afterwards either!

For now, all that’s left for us to say is: we wish you a wonderful, sunny, and relaxing summer holiday.
