On February 28, Lars Kampherbeek was awarded the SeederDeBoer & Hieroo Thesis Prize 2022! His thesis focuses on: characteristics of early-stage university spin-offs that benefit governmental funding acquisition. The next prize was won by Maeva de Graaff, her thesis is titled: Preferred customer status, its antecedents and the influence of psychological contract fulfillment and breach - a dual case study.
Every year, students compete for the award for most innovative IBA thesis. Only the best theses were nominated by the UT jury. The jury of SeederDeBoer and Hieroo has declared Lars the winner based on the study’s innovativeness, theoretical background and translation into practice.
