FAREWELL LECTURE & SYMPOSIUM - PROF.DR.ir. albert van den berg, 27 SEPTEMBER 2024
On Friday, September 27th, 2024, Albert van den Berg will retire from his position as professor at the University of Twente.
The title of this farewell lecture will be: "TROPPO BREVE"
In the morning (9 am - 12) there will be a Lab-on-Chip symposium. Speakers are: Anja Boisen, Juergen Brugger, Petra Dittrich, Thomas Laurell, Nicole Pamme and Philippe Renaud.
At 2 PM there will be a panel discussion with Hans Clevers, Robbert Dijkgraaf, Ben Feringa, and Christine Mummery.
The farewell speech of Albert will start at 4 PM in Waaier 2. After the speech, a reception will be held from 5 pm - 7 pm.
The Rector Magnificus kindly invites you to attend this event. Before the farewell lecture, coffee and tea will be served in the foyer of the Waaier building (from 15:00 hrs).
