Description:
For this assignment, you will conduct a scoping review on the available third-wave therapeutic interventions available in app-based eHealth settings for mental disorders. This review should encompass a comprehensive exploration of the existing literature, identifying key methodologies, findings, and gaps within the field. You are expected to map from Randomized Control Trials various app-based interventions that incorporate third-wave psychological approaches, such as Positive Psychological Interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, among others, and their effectiveness in managing conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues.
