At the IDS research group, we use an engineering driven approach to address societally relevant problems with Semiconductors, MEMS and Lab-on-a-Chip devices and systems. Our research comprises the full cycle of microdevice development; it includes the design, modeling, (micro)fabrication, and characterization.
