Tennis lessons
The main activity of the tennis association is to organise tennis lessons for members of the association during the periods September-January and February-July. The lessons take place on Monday evenings between 6pm-7pm and 7pm-8pm, at the tennis courts on the campus. Lessons are taught in groups of up to 10 people. The level is varied, from beginner to somewhat advanced. Lessons are provided by the sports centre.
Tournaments
The association organises a tournament for members three times a year:
- indoor tournament for the Frans Hefti cup in January
- outdoor tournament on campus in spring
- outdoor tournament on campus in autumn
The tournaments take place only if there are enough registrations.
Who can become a member?
You can become a member of the tennis association if you:
- are an employee of the UT, or
- are a retired UT employee, or
- are the partner of an employee or retired employee.
Conditions
You must be a member of the UT Kring and the UT Kring Tennis Association. If you take advantage of lessons, you pay tuition fees per semester. A campus card is not required.
