At Ginza Sushi in Enschede, a sushi workshop took place last Wednesday, June 24. Under the guidance of an experienced sushi chef, participants learned step by step how to prepare the most delicious sushi themselves. From rolling rice to assembling the rolls, everyone got to work enthusiastically. In addition to the culinary aspect, there was plenty of room for socializing and getting to know each other.
