19 and 26 April: Moroccan and Indonesian cooking workshop

Feeling like a night out? Then Laila's cooking class at Lumen is the right place for you. Get to know the exotic, aromatic Moroccan and Indonesian cuisine in all its diversity. Under Laila's guidance, you will be taken on a delightful cooking experience. The combination of specific spices and herbs unique to Eastern cuisine will stimulate all your senses. You don't need any cooking knowledge, as the recipes are fully written out. In an atmosphere of relaxation and coziness, you'll cook together while enjoying a drink.

From spicy chicken tagine with couscous, succulent veal with prunes and apricots, lightly spicy salmon tagine, flavorful rendang, sate ayam to an authentic nasi goreng. Vegetarian variations are also available.

Before the dinner starts, you can enjoy aromatic mint tea and homemade treats.

Price: including all drinks for UT-Kring members, maximum 1 guest: €35.00
