Are you in the mood for an evening out? Then you have come to the right place at Laila's cooking class in the Twentsche food hall. Get to know exotic, aromatic Moroccan cuisine in all its diversity. Under Laila's guidance, participants will be taken on a unique cooking experience. The combination of specific spices and herbs that are so unique to Moroccan cuisine will tickle all your senses. You do not need to have any cooking knowledge. Recipes are fully written out. In an ambience of relaxation and cosiness, you will cook together and, while enjoying a drink, listen to Arabic sounds in the background.
From spicy chicken, creamy veal, and slightly spicy salmon tajines to a variety of salads. Of course, that includes couscous and freshly baked Moroccan bread. For vegetarians, there are beans, lentils and vegetable tajine. Before we start cooking, you can enjoy aromatic mint tea and homemade oriental delicacies.
