Title: Selected nature-based nanomaterials in the context of soft and complex matter science and applications
In the Soft and Complex Matter Lab in Norway, we focus on nature-based nanomaterials, most notably clay minerals or more recently plant-based emulsions. We study these systems near the borderline between fundamental scientific questions and applications. In this talk we will give an overview of some recent work we have done and are doing (published and yet unpublished) in our lab in this area.
