Our broad research interest is to explore fundamentals and applications of thermal sciences in both space and time domains. Our core competence is heat transfer phenomena in the cryogenic temperature range, albeit to reach these low temperatures one need to consider heat transfer issues at temperatures that range from cryogenic up to room temperature. Our approach combines formulation of conceptual models, experiments and numeric. The topics of our research are problem- driven and we seek to solve grand societal challenges related to energy and health.
