TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

I aim to foster a learning environment wherein curiousty takes the center stage. My focus in teaching centered around transferring fundamental knowledge in chemistry and math to students (the list below comprises courses that I thaught since 2011). Notably, to facilitate learning, I designed a new teaching method to foster creativity in classrooms (J. Chem Educ. 2023, #13). This method is now embedded as a standard first-year bachelor project in our Chemistry Science & Engineering programme. This method is also applied to foster curiosity in my lab and preparing the next-generation chemistry student for Systems Thinking at Secondary Education, #19.
