Machine learning for precision medicine in cardiovascular disease
Our group develops machine learning models that can automatically extract data such as vascular models from medical images. Data from multiple sources is integrated in a personalized model of the patient that can help the clinician in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning. Our methods are able to analyze a range of medical images and cardiovascular diseases.
