Spinning is a great way to improve your fitness. As part of a group, you cycle on a special spinner bike with a weighted flywheel. This exercise program includes upbeat music that motivates you to maintain a suitable tempo. Together with the instructor, you do sprints, pedal standing up, and also catch your breath during well deserved (but still active) breaks. Spinning is fantastic interval training: you build up a nice sweat and burn a lot of kilojoules. So after just a brief hour workout, you return home satisfied, feeling nicely tired and fit.
