Grit is a new high-intensity training. There are two types of GRIT classes, Strength and Cardio. You can find the difference between the two below.

STRENGTH 
GRIT Strength is a high-intensity training. During 30 minutes you will be pushed to your limits to to get maximum results! During the work-out you will train with dumbbells, weights and your own body weight. The groups are small, so the instuctor can give you full attention and guidance. 

CARDIO
GRIT Cardio is a 30 minute class which will improve your condition fast, increase your speed and burn a lot of calories. You will be doing a lot of exercises with your body weight, without any equipment. The exercises are not difficult and easy to do, but very intense! You will be pushed to your limits during this workout! 

ATHLETIC
LES MILLS GRIT  Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.

This group lesson is given in the form of an session throughout the year (with the exception of the UT vacations, holidays and occasional closure of the Sports Centre).

To participate in the sessions you have to be in possession of a valid reservation for the grouplesson. You can make a reservation via the website: https://sportsandculture.utwente.nl or via the app: Sports and Culture Utwente. A reservation for a grouplesson can only be done with an UnionCard with additional Fitness & Grouplesson subscription or Campus card and Grouplesson subscription.
