Fitness circuit (former Teambeats)

Fitness circuit is a grouplesson where you will do a variety of excersises in a circuit. These excersises will focus on strength, endurance and agility. A complete workout for your body! 
You will do an excercise for 1 minute, after that you will have 30 seconds rest before you move on to your next excercise! 

When? 

  • -Monday 19.45h - 20.15h
  • -Tuesday 18.15h - 18.45h 
  • -Thursday 17.15h - 17.45h 

Fitness circuit is a grouplesson, so you will need to make a reservation and show your reservation to the instructor.
