Why should you join PE⋅NUT?

As a member of PE⋅NUT (annual membership fee: € 36):

•  You can participate for free in all our workshops and lunch meetings,
• you will get a discount on our many events and activities,
•  You will receive monthly newsletters about our upcoming events and activities, and
• We will provide you with relevant information related to your promotion trajectory and help you connect with other doctoral candidates at the University of Twente.
•  You’ll gain full access to our WhatsApp community, including helpful groups for housing, social meetups, book club, and more.

But, most important:

• You will give us a greater voice at the university and national level to represent and defend our rights as doctoral candidates, and
• You will support our non-profit association, which is led by voluntary doctoral candidates like you and is therefore dependent on subsidies from its members (e.g., to organise social events).

The annual fee can be waived for members of less means. This is up to the EQUITY committee and treasurer and can be requested via e-mail to: pe-nut@utwente.nl

Membership Cancelation

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting PE⋅NUT via pe-nut@utwente.nl*.
