Internal & External Relations - Faculty representation TNW 

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a PhD/EngD candidate from the TNW faculty to step into a meaningful role representing their peers! As part of this role, you'll be involved in various aspects such as: 


  • Be the face of TNW's doctoral candidates during (biweekly/ quarterly) meetings with P-Nut, the Faculty Board, the Faculty Research Policy officer, and more 
  • Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders to translate policy changes to the doctoral community and presenting needs and opportunities back to UT boards 
  • Assist in organisation of faculty events like Research Days 
  • Align with other doctoral working groups at other faculties

PR-Team – Social Media Sorcerer 

Are you passionate about creativity and social media? We're looking for someone like you to take charge of our Instagram presence! As our Instagram Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and engage with our community in exciting ways. Responsibilities include: 

  • Posting to the grid 2-3 times a week, featuring event promos, event highlights, informative posts, and more! 
  • Sharing stories regularly to keep our audience updated and excited about upcoming events. 
  • Crafting posts for upcoming events; you can adjust a pre-existing template or let your creativity run wild. 
  • Engaging with our audience by responding to messages and comments on Instagram. 
  • And most importantly, getting creative! We welcome fresh ideas and innovative approaches to elevate our Instagram presence.

P-NUT Day 2025 - Project Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating enriching experiences for (PhD/EngD) students? Would you like to take the lead, bringing together diverse talents to execute a vision? As the Coordinator of P-NUT Day, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a team in curating an exceptional event filled with workshops and talks tailored to the needs and interests of our community. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Collaborating with the team to develop a compelling theme that resonates with our audience. 
  • Overseeing the event planning and execution, from catering over logistics to marketing, to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all. 
  • Identifying and securing engaging speakers who can inspire and educate our attendees on a variety of topics relevant to their academic and personal development. 
  • Ensure plenty of networking opportunities inside and outside the UT community and foster a sense of community among participants.

Incentive fund 2024 Representative 

Are you a PhD student striving to make a meaningful impact within your community? Do you possess an innovative idea to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) among the faculty, staff, or students at UT? If so, P-NUT is here to empower you to realise your vision through the UT Incentive Fund. 

With this fund, you have the opportunity to transform your idea into reality, receiving up to €10,000 in support from the University. As P-NUT, having spearheaded numerous successful projects, we're poised to embark on another round of initiatives and seek a dedicated project lead to join our team. 

As the project lead, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Conceptualising a compelling project or event that resonates with the DE&I Advisory Board and DE&I Team. 
  • Crafting a persuasive proposal to present to the DE&I Advisory Board and DE&I Team. 
  • Overseeing the implementation of the project alongside your team.
