In October 2020, MESA+ and the Institute of Industrial Science in Japan (ISS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. On this occasion, gifts have been exchanged. MESA+ has sent tulip bulbs to Tokyo to celebrate the agreement. In December last year, ISS organized a planting ceremony, and today, almost ten months after signing, we received some beautiful photos of the tulips. It’s great to see that this gift is very much appreciated!
