Conference Fee
The conference fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
Early-Bird Fees (Registration until May 26 2025, 23:59 CEST)
- Regular fee 195€
- Early career-reduced fee: 95€, can be requested* by
- BSc or MSc students, as well as
- PhD students and people with non-permanent positions and PhD defense after December 31, 2019.
A proof of status may be requested!
* if you have sufficient funds available, we kindly ask you to select the "regular fee"
- Reduced fee: 60€, for participants with main affiliation in "low income" or "lower-middle income" countries based on the GNI per capita ranking by the World Bank list 2024-25, see here https://blogs.worldbank.org/en/opendata/world-bank-country-classifications-by-income-level-for-2024-2025
Additionally, participants based in Ukraine may opt for this reduced fee
Late Fees (Registration from May 27th 2025)
- Regular fee 270€
- Early career-reduced fee 180€
- Reduced fee for participants from low-GNI countries 60€
Social Programme
The conference dinner (registration closed) will take place on Thursday evening at De Grolsch Veste (stadium of FC Twente) (65€ per person).
For the social programme on Wednesday afternoon you can choose from three options:
- Ride on a historic steam train (https://www.museumbuurtspoorweg.nl/) (20€ per person)
- Bus trip to the historic city of Ootmarsum (15€ per person)
- Guided city tour of Enschede (5€ per person)
For these events it is possible to register an additional accompanying person.
Invitation Letters / Certificates of Attendance
If you need an invitation letter (listing your name, affiliation and title of contribution), e.g. for a visa application, or a certificate of attendance please tick the appropriate box during registration.
